Obama: He's Not My Leader! never was! never will be! ...and definetly not the leader of the free world, for cowards don't lead!

EDITORIAL: Leader of the Free World no more

Israel is looking like the new leader of the Free World. The previous leader, the United States, resigned this role last week at the United Nations to take the position of global community organizer. This was made plain by President Obama in his speech, titled "Responsibility for Our Common Future," in which he heralded "a new chapter of international cooperation." By contrast, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a blunt and forceful call to action in the central challenge facing free people today. This is the struggle of "civilization against barbarism" being fought by "those who sanctify life against those who glorify death."

Mr. Obama's address was the predictable mix of criticism of the past policies of the United States, self-praise for correcting said policies and vague calls to united action on matters of collective interest. It sought to ingratiate rather than offend. But Mr. Netanyahu chastised the United Nations for its "systematic assault on the truth." He spoke truths that Mr. Obama would never whisper regarding the regime in Iran, which is "fueled by an extreme fundamentalism" and an "unforgiving creed." Mr. Netanyahu rebuked those members who countenanced Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's diatribe before the same world body, rightly calling it a "disgrace."

Mr. Netanyahu repeatedly paid tribute to the blessings of liberty and "the allure of freedom." He marveled at the technological advances freedom made possible. He asked if the international community would support the Iranian people "as they bravely stand up for freedom." He envisioned a future of Israel and Palestine, "two free peoples living in peace, living in prosperity, living in dignity." Mr. Obama, meanwhile, touted the imperative of responding to global climate change and mentioned as an afterthought that democracy should not be an afterthought.

Israel stands out because it understands the central challenge faced by the civilized world and by its willingness to take action. Israel is readying to stem the tide of barbarism and stand up to the threat of a nuclear Iran. In return, it asks only for moral support. "If Israel is again asked to take more risk for peace," Mr. Netanyahu said, "we must know today that you will stand with us tomorrow." He challenged the countries of the world with a clear-cut test: "Will you stand with Israel? Or will you stand with the terrorists?"

Mr. Obama said in closing that "we call on all nations to join us in building the future that our people deserve." But people only deserve what they have earned. Mr. Netanyahu called on the civilized world to "confront this peril, secure our future, and, God willing, forge an enduring peace for generations to come." Sometimes the future doesn't come without a fight.

These Children Had Parents That Could Not Complain

Is this sad? Is this evil? ...Yes! On both counts!

"The public “education” system has chosen its messiah, and it sings his praises accordingly."

Little Fascists on Parade: Public School Praise and Worship, Obama Style

By firebreathingchristian

Obama Song Kids

How do you inspire the Statist ”education” system to embrace a Christian hymn for use in its classrooms?

Easy: Swap out the name of Jesus in favor of Barack Hussein Obama.

It’s all about having the right messiah in place. Once we get that in order, everything’s just peachy.

According to a report posted at Fox News, children whose parents chose to send them to a New Jersey public school for state-controlled “education” were subsequently instructed in the praise and worship of Barack Hussein Obama.

And get this: The parents were surprised.

Many parents expressed something like shock at the notion that a pro-government, anti-Christian education system would seek to actively steal glory from Christ and lay it at the feet of the most pro-government, anti-Christian President in our nation’s history.

Lyrics for the hymns presented by the Obama Youth were as follows:

Song 1:
Mm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that all must lend a hand
To make this country strong again
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said we must be fair today
Equal work means equal pay
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that we must take a stand
To make sure everyone gets a chance
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said red, yellow, black or white
All are equal in his sight
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

Yes!
Mmm, mmm, mm
Barack Hussein Obama

Song 2:
Hello, Mr. President we honor you today!
For all your great accomplishments, we all doth say “hooray!”

Hooray, Mr. President! You’re number one!
The first black American to lead this great nation!

Hooray, Mr. President we honor your great plans
To make this country’s economy number one again!

Hooray Mr. President, we’re really proud of you!
And we stand for all Americans under the great Red, White, and Blue!

So continue —- Mr. President we know you’ll do the trick
So here’s a hearty hip-hooray —-

Hip, hip hooray!
Hip, hip hooray!
Hip, hip hooray!

One of the songs was set to the tune of The Battle Hymn of the Republic, a famous Christian hymn, while lyrics from the other included snippets from Jesus Loves the Little Children, where praise of Jesus was replaced with the exaltation of Barack Hussein Obama.

Is this sad?

Of course.

Is this evil?

Yes, it is.

Is this surprising?

How could it possibly be so?

Every system of education takes a position on God, Christ and religion. There is no such thing as a neutral perspective: every worldview has a God or god. As Jesus has said, you are either for Him or against Him.

The public “education” system has chosen its messiah, and it sings his praises accordingly.

Obama, “I couldn’t help myself. It’s my nature.”

Climbing out of the box full of square pegs and round holes. What if Obama is what he appears to be.

Posted September 23rd, 2009 by admin

Like I’ve said before, Obama’s almost “Brokeback Mountain” attraction to Chavez is unnerving. Especially since he is working hand in hand to further Chavez’s attempt to takeover Honduras.

At another website I commented on the possibility that we are having trouble understanding Obama because as Americans we have a virtue which can also be a curse and that is we always try to find the best in other people. We do it personally, professionally, and sadly, politically.

I’ve read and listened to all sides of the centrist to right to far right arguments. (I can’t do the left, they are simply insane.) When Charles Krauthammer gave his opinion about Obama, I saw that he did his best to wring out the good qualities Obama had; intelligent, charming, driven, blah blah blah. Krauthhammer and others excused Obama’s missteps as “rookie-ness”, tried to explain his comments and his acts as having a bad staff or a poor understanding of history or diplomatic manners. Everybody is quick to trot out the tired and worn out excuse that all new Presidents make mistakes.

Yet, as we move into his fourth quarter of his first year the missteps are getting harder and harder to explain. The Russian/Poland deal, his backhanded slap to the Iranian protesters, his love affair with all that is Chavez, and now Honduras.

Many people are confused and frustrated in trying to put the square peg of our past experiences with presidents into the round hole we are seeing that is Obama’s behavior. I don’t know how many times intelligent, thinking people I know have scratched their heads and wondered out loud how Obama could think he was doing the right thing when he committed some bizarre action. For example, the speech to the children; many said other Presidents did it before, as they ground that square peg down, but they didn’t address the worksheet and the details of the initial speech, before he got caught and modified it. (Speaking of getting caught, ask yourself what his presidency would look like if there were no checks on his behavior and agenda. Would it resemble more a Chavez administration?) Then there was the hiring of far left radicals, well known far left radicals to boot. People we all read about, but figured no one would seriously consider them for a powerful government position. Yet, there they are. Why?

At some point you have to put aside the tried and true explanations used as an attempt to quantify Obama and look outside the box. In my old business of catching bad guys, I always took the time to study motives. Why do they do what they do? Often it gave insight as to who the bad guy was, and what he might try next.

With Obama you look at his actions and you find yourself bending over backwards to make sense of it. I suggest you stop. Let what you see guide you to the motive and the man. What kind of man embraces Iran and shuns Israel? What kind of man is raised by a radical liberal, surrounded by radical liberals and communists, went to school and sought out radical liberals and communists, worked with and was picked promoted and presented to us by radical liberals with communist/socialist backgrounds? He is the total sum of his life. He is what he is, and nothing in his life to this point has forced him to change that.

If you take Barack Obama and look at him clearly, not with you hoping for the best, what do you see? Would his actions fit the mold of a socialist/communist better than a simply misguided leftie? Why do we think the best for Obama and acted surprised when he brakes and turns hard left every chance he gets. If we had elected Bernie Sanders from Vermont, a committed socialist, and he acted like one, we wouldn’t be shocked. If we elected David Duke back in his heyday and found him shopping for white sheets at JC Penny, we wouldn’t say, “Didn’t see that coming.” If by some freak accident we elected a clone of Ahmadinejad and he started railing about the Jews, we wouldn’t have expected anything else.

So why are we surprised over Obama? Because he told us he is post racial, post partisanship, the new era of politics? I think now, after all we have seen and all Obama has said that wasn’t true, we can draw at least one conclusion- he lies.

Obama is who he is. The quicker we grasp that the better we can begin to resist the direction he will have to lead us in. He can’t help himself, it is his nature.

There is an old fable I use to try and explain this to people who still want to believe the best in all of humanity. It goes like this;

There was a terrible rain. The water in the river was rising and all the animals were trying to flee the island they were on before it went under. There was a rabbit, a turtle, a fox and a scorpion. They all started to swim across except the scorpion for he could not swim. He asked the rabbit if the rabbit would let him ride on his back. The rabbit said no, worried that the scorpion, who was mean by nature, would sting him. The scorpion cried out saying he would not. The scorpion asked the turtle and the turtle refused. The scorpion asked the fox and the fox at first refused, but the scorpion said, “Fox, ask why I would sting you? I cannot swim, if I stung you, you would die, and then I would surely drown. That makes no sense.” The fox, who thought himself smarter than the others decided the scorpion must be telling the truth. So he let the scorpion climb onto his back and they both began across the river. About halfway across the scorpion stung the fox. The fox, dying, rolled over and looked at the scorpion in shock and horror. “Why”, he asked, “did you sting me? Now I will die and you will die!”

The scorpion looked at the fox and said, “I couldn’t help myself. It’s my nature.”

My advice to you with Obama is simple. Be careful or you might find yourself stung as well.

Obama vs. the Regulators
A Little-Noticed Decision Undercuts Health and Safety Rules

By Jeff Rosen and Jay Lefkowitz
Thursday, August 6, 2009

With his "stimulus" bill, "cap and trade" solution to global warming, and proposed government takeover of health care, President Obama has made no secret of his desire to expand the size, role and budgets of federal health and safety regulators. Yet this summer, in a largely unreported action, the president took a radical step toward weakening the authority of federal health and safety regulators throughout the government.

The president issued a memorandum to all federal agencies May 20, telling them, in effect, to avoid having their health and safety rules become authoritative over state tort laws, and to consider revoking any rules from the Clinton and Bush years that made federal laws nationally uniform instead of leaving authority with state court juries.

The issue involved is federal "preemption," created in 1789 in Article VI of the Constitution. It says that when the federal government has validly chosen to regulate an area, federal law "shall be the supreme law of the land . . . anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding."

Over time, Congress has passed more and more laws to regulate what are perceived as national problems. It has allocated billions of dollars to fund those federal health and safety agencies that regulate interstate commerce, such as the Department of Health and Human Services, the Transportation Department, the Department of Homeland Security and myriad others. As the coverage of federal law has expanded, courts have found with some frequency that federal law trumps conflicting state tort law.

This is not surprising; a key rationale for federal regulation is for national experts to set uniform standards that must be followed everywhere. Sometimes Congress expressly says it is trumping state law, as with labels for bottled water; other times, as with airbags, courts give priority to federal law based on the constitutional need to prevent the purpose of a federal law from being obstructed by conflicting state requirements.

President Bill Clinton issued an executive order in 1996 telling agencies to say in their rule-making notices what preemptive effect they meant their rules to have, a policy that President George W. Bush maintained. In recent years, federal agencies occasionally supported federal regulations having preemptive effect against tort lawsuits under state law. The Clinton administration supported preemption of state law by Transportation Department airbag regulations and railroad crossing regulations, for example, and the Bush administration supported preemption by Food and Drug Administration medical device regulations.

It may all sound very technical, but the consequences of Obama's new policy are broad and serious. When federal health and safety regulators issue rules, they base them on scientific analysis and conduct cost-benefit analyses of their overall impact. By contrast, state court juries may establish rules based on the unusual facts of a single case that could have terribly detrimental implications if applied more broadly. It is important, therefore, that the work of government health and safety experts has actual legal effect and not be just for "show." Taxpayers are footing the bill for these regulators, and the national standards they issue are supposed to be effective and binding.

So what reason did the president give for telling federal agencies to treat their own rules as advisory or minimal, subject to being overruled by state laws or random jury decisions? Was it a careful review of various enactments of Congress? Was it to comply with direction from the courts? No. The main reason stated in the memorandum was "federalism" -- respect for states' rights -- drawing on Justice Louis Brandeis's famous quote about states as "laboratories" for trying "novel social and economic experiments."

But what Justice Brandeis actually said is that states should be given that latitude only where one state could conduct its "economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country." Obama overlooked that when the tort law of one state would enable local juries to trump national rules and in effect set requirements nationwide, there obviously is "risk to the rest of the country."

Not surprisingly, the position of the president's memorandum was one that had been sought by the plaintiffs' trial bar. Yet the states' rights "experiments" they sought were not to remove the federal role and leave the regulation to the states but, rather, to keep or expand the number of federal regulators and instead render them less effective, less authoritative and subordinate to random juries in any one state. What sense does that make? That is "states' rights" as a pretext for chaos or lawlessness.

Obama's memorandum about federal preemption relied on a rationale that makes no sense and is not required by law. It is remarkable that a White House action this extreme and legally unsound has gone largely unnoticed.

New world monetary system inevitable ... a biased report!

I've been warning Americans for a very long time about this issue and not a soul listened. Well it's upon us now...or very soon. It may come shortly after the G20 Summit to be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania later this month. Personally I'm predicting some major news that will affect every single American (and possibly every European) by December or January. This is the kind of issue that is kept out of the mainstream media (MSM) for fear of an uprising among the common people.
The article below was written by a very left wing anti-American member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) . Mr. Stiglitz slants his writings to affix blame on the previous administration. When in reality the blame is upon him and his cronies, Carter, Clinton, Obama, Kissinger, George Soros, et al. In the very first paragraph Stiglitz blames the Bush Administration...but doesn't mention Obama's vote for the first stimulus package while he was still Senator Obama. He doesn't tell you the role that the Community Re-investment Act (CRA) played in the current crisis. The CRA is a product of the aforementioned who incidentally all belong to the New World Order clan. He doesn't tell you the United Nations role in the New World Order...money order, that is! He doesn't tell you about ACORN's role...remember, ACORN is one of the most corrupt organizations in the country who Obama gave millions of your taxpayers dollars to further their corrupt causes. He doesn't tell you about Goldman-Sachs role...Goldman-Sachs! How can Goldman-Sachs be making so much money off this ordeal when everybody else is losing? (In the first six months of the year, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. accrued $11.4 billion for total compensation, an average of $386,429 per employee, a Wall Street record.) Where Stiglitz says, "...a new and more stable global reserve system is likely to emerge, and for the world as a whole, as well as for the United States, this would be a good thing." He knows damn well it will emerge (not "likely") and we all know it's a bad thing!
Stiglitz should stop trying to manage globalization and let Adam Smith's invisible hand continue it's job...it's been pretty good up to now.
No my friends, this crisis was not inherited from George Bush...it has been in the planning stages for many years...just ask Bill Clinton or George Soros they know! (I don't know who is worse, George Soros or Joe Stiglitz...probably Stiglitz because he's a professor at Columbia where he feeds his poison to young minds. New world monetary system inevitable

8:50 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2009
We just learned that the 10-year national debt is likely to grow to more than $9 trillion. That’s not great news — no one likes a big deficit — but President Barack Obama inherited an economic mess from the Bush administration, and the cleanup comes with an inevitably high price tag. We’re paying it now.
There are no easy options. When financial crises strike, economic growth declines and living standards drop, resulting in lower tax revenues and greater need for government assistance — all of which leads to higher deficits.
What really matters is not the size of the deficit but how we’re spending our money. If we expand our debt to make high-return, productive investments, the economy can become stronger than if we slash expenditures.
There are other consequences, however, that we’re missing. Our budget deficit, as well as the Federal Reserve’s ballooning lending programs and other financial obligations, will accelerate a process already well underway — a changing role for the U.S. dollar in the global economy.
The domino effect is straightforward: Higher deficits spark market concerns over future inflation; concerns of inflation contribute to a weaker dollar; and both come together to undermine the greenback’s role as a reliable store of value around the world.
Right now, with so much unused capacity in the American economy and so much unemployment — likely to persist for at least another year or two — the more pressing worry is deflation (a general decrease in prices), not inflation. But as the economy eventually recovers, the possibility of inflation will loom, and with forward-looking markets, worries about the future often play out in the present. Anxieties about future inflation can lead to a weaker dollar today.
So, are these anxieties justifiable? And what do they portend for the global financial system?
The worries are justified, even though Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke assures us that he will deftly manage monetary policy to keep the economy on an even kilter.
This is a tough balancing act — move too quickly or too vigorously, and you plunge the economy into another downturn; too slowly or too weakly, and inflation can be unleashed.
Anyone looking at the Fed’s record in recent years will be skeptical of its forecasting skills and its ability to get the balance right.
In addition, international markets understand that the U.S. may face strong incentives to reduce the real value of its debts through inflation, which makes each dollar owed worth less.
If market players are worried about inflation (or even if they are worried that others might be worried) that is bad news for the dollar. Holding dollars today represents risk without reward: The returns to U.S. Treasury bills are near zero, and even those most confident in the Federal Reserve must acknowledge the chance that things will not go smoothly.
For decades, other nations have held dollars in their central bank reserves, seeking to give confidence to their country and currency. But in a globalized economy, why should the financial system depend on the vagaries of what happens in America?
The current system is not only bad for the world, it is bad for us, too. In effect, as other countries hold more dollar reserves, we are exporting T-bills rather than automobiles, and exporting T-bills doesn’t create jobs. We used to offset this drag on the economy by running a fiscal deficit. But going forward, we won’t find it as easy to do this. And the Fed may not be able to do the trick — expansionary monetary policy poses its own risks.
Like it or not, out of the ashes of this debacle a new and more stable global reserve system is likely to emerge, and for the world as a whole, as well as for the United States, this would be a good thing. It would lead to a more stable worldwide financial system and stronger global economic growth.
The current system entails developing countries putting aside hundreds of billions of dollars a year — only weakening global demand and contributing to our economic difficulties.
Also, there is something a little unseemly about poor countries lending the United States trillions of dollars, now at an interest rate of close to zero.
Discussions on the design of the new system are already underway. The United Nations’ Commission of Experts on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System — a body I chaired — has argued that a new global reserve currency system may be the most important reform to ensure the long-term health of the world’s economy; it also suggested how to design an orderly transition from the dollar-based system.
In its interim report in June, the commission described a number of alternatives. Some involve building on the International Monetary Fund’s “special drawing rights,” or SDRs — a kind of “IMF money” — but making the issuance of this global reserve money annual and more predictable. (Currently, issuances of SDRs are small and episodic.) Other proposed reforms are more complex and ambitious, such as issuing new global reserves in ways and amounts that could be used to stabilize the world’s economy or to invest in “global public goods,” such as helping developing nations reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The U.S. has resisted these changes, but they will come regardless, and it’s better for us to participate in the construction of a new system than have it happen without us.
The U.S. has seen great advantages with the dollar as the world’s reserve currency of choice, particularly the ability to borrow at low interest rates seemingly without limit.
But we haven’t seen the costs as clearly: the inevitable trade deficits, the instability, the weaker global economy. The benefits to us are likely to shrink, and rapidly so, as countries shift their holdings away from the dollar.
It’s happening now, and the process is likely to accelerate. The Chinese have expressed concerns about the country’s vast dollar reserves.
Not surprisingly, China and other nations holding lots of U.S. debt support efforts to build a new system.
We should show leadership in helping shape this new structure and managing the transition, rather than burying its head in the sand.
We may have preferred to keep the old system, in which the dollar reigned supreme, but that’s no longer an option.

Obama's Tomfoolery* ...they say you can prove almost anything with 'math' ...but Democratic math?

First part from the Wall Street Journal ...AUGUST 23, 2009

All Clunkered Out AUGUST 23, 2009
The dealers may, or may not, get their money.

The Transportation Department is ending its "cash for clunkers" program today, but the deadline shouldn't pass without recording a few economic and political lessons. To wit, the feds can't even give away money very well.

The $3 billion plan is being hailed in Washington as a great success because so many Americans sought to get a $3,500 to $4,500...

BUT WAIT! DID YOU DO THE MATH?

Democratic Math

If you traded in a clunker worth $3500, you get $4500 off for an apparent "savings" of $1000.

However, you have to pay taxes on the $4500 come April 15th (something that no auto dealer will tell you). If you are in the 30% tax bracket, you will pay $1350 on that $4500.

So, rather than save $1000, you actually pay an extra $350 to the feds. In addition, you traded in a car that was most likely paid for. Now you have 4 or 5 years of payments on a car that you did not need, that was costing you less to run than the payments that you will now be making.

But wait, it gets even better: you also got ripped off by the dealer.

For example, every dealer here in LA was selling the Ford Focus with all the goodies including A/C, auto transmission, power windows, etc for $12,500 the month before the "cash for clunkers" program started.

When "cash for clunkers" came along, they stopped discounting them and instead sold them at the list price of $15,500. So, you paid $3000 more than you would have the month before. (Honda, Toyota, and Kia played the same list price game that Ford and Chevy did).

So lets do the final tally here:

You traded in a car worth: $3500

You got a discount of: $4500

Net so far +$1000

But you have to pay: $1350 in taxes on the $4500

Net so far: -$350

And you paid: $3000 more than the car was selling for the month before

Net -$3350 ...LOOK AGAIN! THAT'S A MINUS SIGN!

We could also add in the additional taxes (sales tax, state tax, etc.) on the extra $3000 that you paid for the car, along with the 5 years of interest on the car loan but lets just stop here.

So who actually made out on the deal? The feds collected taxes on the car along with taxes on the $4500 they "gave" you. The car dealers made an extra $3000 or more on every car they sold along with the kickbacks from the manufacturers and the loan companies. The manufacturers got to dump lots of cars they could not give away the month before. And the poor stupid consumer got saddled with even more debt that they cannot afford.

Obama and his band of merry men convinced Joe consumer that he was getting $4500 in "free" money from the "government" when in fact Joe was giving away his $3500 car and paying an additional $3350 for the privilege.

OBAMA'S INELIGIBILITY: How deep does the corruption go?

Another potential bombshell has hit the Internet regarding Obama/Soetoro's ineligibility to run for or serve as president of these united States of America. Regular readers of my columns are familiar with the cases and attorneys. This new action comes from Leo Donofrio, an attorney in the State of New Jersey. Leo's case was the first to be scheduled for conference by the U.S. Supreme Court; it was kicked to the curb without any hearing on the merits of the case. Not a single case brought to date has ever been heard on its merits.

Americans from all walks of life have been filing FOIAs (Freedom of Information Act requests) and state records act requests, including yours truly. Many of them I have covered in past columns and am not going to rehash here. I am proud of my fellow Americans who are determined to stand for the truth despite all the attacks we receive from Glenn Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity, Ann Coulter and all the "progressive" mouthpieces on other cable networks. No one is above the law and the corruption at many levels of government to cover up Obama/Soetoro's ineligibility has been breathtaking and frightening at the same time.

This is Leo's current post on his blog:

Pending Litigation: Hawaii Confirms That Obama’s Vital Records Have Been Amended

"I will be assisting one of my readers in filing litigation in Hawaii state circuit court pursuant to her ongoing request for public information denied by Hawaii officials. (Readers of my blog will recognize her as MissTickly aka TerriK.)

"Correspondence sent to TerriK by Hawaii officials indicates that President Obama’s vital records have been amended and official records pertaining thereto are maintained by the state of Hawaii.

"I will issue a full statement and press release on behalf of TerriK via this blog in the days ahead. This statement will include a complete history of correspondence between TerriK and Hawaii state officials in the Office of Information Practices (OIP) and the Department of Health (DoH).

"Any legal assistance provided by me to TerriK will be pro bono. I will seek to be admitted pro hac vice in Hawaii for purposes of filing the case and conducting the trial. If such admission is not forthcoming, other counsel may be retained or TerriK may represent herself pro se. In any case, I will be drafting the pleadings. The only issue will be related to who files them and conducts the trial de novo.

"While correspondence sent to TerriK confirms that President Obama’s vital records have been amended, the DoH has refused to make the documents requested available. One count of the litigation will attempt to have those documents released. The other counts concern various information denied to her which – according to Hawaii law – she is entitled to.

"Before I get to the facts of the ongoing investigation in my follow up report, I will ask readers to study the UIPA manual and the UIPA statute. Hawaii has been caught blatantly circumventing their own laws; laws specifically created to foster open government practices.

The rest of the post is at the link. I am not surprised because of all that has been exposed in the search for the truth. The fact that Obama/Soetoro's passport records were breached and most likely sanitized, should have made the dominant media come unglued. They have remained silent. It is believed the usurper traveled to Pakistan under the name Barry Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen.

While some may scoff that this is nothing but a conspiracy theory, this young man is dead and I believe it is tied to protecting the usurper. I am not accusing Obama/Soetoro, but others who might have acted on their own to protect him.

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot

"A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.

"Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.

"Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car. Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene. City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators."

I know Leo Donofrio by phone and email exchanges. Leo is a very serious man when it comes to the law. He is not one to undertake a frivolous legal argument. In this case, he is representing the woman who filed these requests with the State of Hawaii --- pro bono (without fee). Who is she? I don't know; she goes by Miss Tickly. However, I did find her blog where she has posted her letters to the State of Hawaii. These are the relevant ones:

The Day I Asked a Question and Got The MOTHER of All Answers
Hawaiian Officials Under Duress?
Hawaii UIIPA Information Request Made, Media & Freepers Alerted
UIPA request to Hawaii
Citing UIPA, I requested ALL Obama's Vital Records
And you may LIKE the rule(s) I cited

Many efforts have been made over the past few years to grease the skids. I cited one in a column that has now been scrubbed from the Internet --

"One year later, Sarah Herlihy, an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis gets her paper published in the Kent University Law Review on line. Herlihy claims in her paper that the citizenship requirement of the U.S. Constitution has been called "stupid and discriminating." Of course, she never tells us who makes this claim. Please note that a partner at the same law firm was one Bruce I. Ettelson, who apparently had a working relationship on finance committees for Obama and buffoon, Sen. Richard Durbin. Herlihy's paper, which shows "author approved editing" as November 23, 2005, is titled, "Amending the Natural Born Citizenship Requirement: Globalization as the Impetus and the Obstacle." You can read the paper here. (note: item mysteriously removed from the Internet.")

There are many references to Ms. Herlihy's paper on lots of web sites, but the paper she wrote is gone. Why take it down?

Please see this information on how certain U.S. Senators tried to litigate Obama/Soeotoro's citizenship by slipping Juan McCain in as a distraction. McCain is a U.S. citizen, but not a natural born citizen and therefore is forever and always, constitutionally ineligible; see here and here.

Another superbly written piece that should be read is by Mario Apuzzo, the lead counsel in the Kerchner v Obama case; in part:

"Judge Land found that because Obama overcame a “grueling” primary campaign and a “formidable opponent” [McCain] in the general election, “ample opportunity existed for discovery of evidence that would support any contention that the President was not eligible for the office he sought.” But what Judge Land described is a political process that works well when a candidate does not hide virtually all his important papers (including his real birth certificate). Indeed, we must also remember that there is also a legal process to any election which must be respected for that election to have any legitimacy in a Constitutional Republic. Given our standard of what the rule of law means, are we to simply accept an internet image of a document that, given the existing contradictory evidence, does not in itself conclusively prove that Obama was born in Hawaii and which in no way erases the many doubts that still exist regarding the place of Obama’s birth?"

Who would ever have thought anyone would be so brazen as to try to pull off what Obama/Soetoro has -- so far. Americans relied upon the RNC and DNC to vet their candidates as to constitutional qualification. If they did, it is now a cover up of mass proportions because, clearly, Obama/Soetoro was never eligible. There can be no question (except to those who simply refuse to believe this slick flim flam man is a pathological liar) Obama/Soetoro, has covered up every single record of his life except a few scraps here and there that make him look good. There can only be one reason and that is Obama/Soetoro has always known he is constitutionally ineligible for the office of the president.

It won't work. We the people deserve the truth and the longer this usurper remains in office, the worse it will be as far as legislation he has signed into law. You can thank every member of the electoral college and Congress for allowing this fraud to continue. We the people by the hundreds of thousands did everything humanly possible to stop the vote in Congress. If there was any question Obama/Soetoro was never eligible, an investigation should be been initiated and the first ones to be put under oath would be Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean.

Both bodies had the duty to stop the confirmation of an illegal candidate and they didn't. We the people are doing what they should have done and that is expose Obama and get the question of his dual citizenship settled in a court of law. The next critical hearing is October 5, 2009, in front of Judge David Carter in federal court, Santa Ana, California.

Note from Norm: Although the link is referenced in the article above I thought I would post the following excerpt:

"It is a statement of fact, and admission therewith, that the OBama Campaign, aka Obama for America, did create a minimum of three (3) false identification document copies and distributed said copies to the Daily Kos, Factcheck, and Politifact; and, additionally, posted the original false identification document on Obama’s own website, 'My.BarackObama.com' and also on a separate website known as, 'Fight The Smears.' Furthermore, two months after the creation and distribution of these false identification documents, Obama for America, in collusion with Factcheck, org [sic], a subsidiary of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, owned by the Annenberg Foundation and funded by billionaire George Soros, created and posted nine (9) photographs of what they further alleged was the same, false identification document that they had earler [sic] alleged was a scanned facsimile of Obama’s original birth certificate — thus compounding their earlier offenses with further violations of the same statutes."

They don't get angry because they don't know what to be angry about.

Historical Cycles and Public Amusement

by Herbert I. London
Family Security Matters
September 17, 2009

http://www.herblondon.org/6266/historical-cycles-public-amusement

Pitirim Sorokin, the brilliant social thinker, argued that history is cyclical going through periods that are ideational, ideological and sensate. Affluent societies, that can afford to indulge themselves, revert to pleasures that appeal to the senses as their overarching concern. While sensate societies are dissolute, Sorokin contends that subordinate ideational ideas in sensate cultures will become superordinate thereby replacing the sensual in and inexorable cycle. But what if the society amuses itself to extinction? What if complacency militates against arousal? Suppose the sensate condition is so dominant re-creation cannot take place?

That these questions are asked is due, in no small part, to the willingness of the public to accept many of changes foisted on the nation by the Obama administration. It strikes me as remarkable that a government take-over of so many aspects of the private economy has elicited so modulated a response. Yes, there have been tea parties, largely unreported, and there are town hall meetings over health care reform that have alarmed the administration with their ardor and anger. Nonetheless, the shift in the economy is nothing short of revolutionary. Who could have guessed a scant two years ago that the automobile, insurance, financial, energy, banking industries would be controlled or affectively influenced by the federal government? Who would have had the foresight to predict that the Obama administration would attempt to assume domination over national healthcare?

Had this overreaching, this blatant attempt at government usurpation, occurred in another period Americans would have been out on the streets with pitchforks ready for combat. But most Americans scarcely know what is going on. They don't get angry because they don't know what to be angry about. The primary issue that has seemingly captured attention is the proposed healthcare bill and its built in constraints on personal freedom. But I am still perplexed about the relatively modest protest. Perhaps the public doesn't know what is in the 1,100 page bill – for that matter neither does the President or the Congress. Perhaps the press has been complicit in the cover-up since it appears to be willing to take a vow of silence rather than embarrass President Obama. Perhaps restricting freedom doesn't mean what it once did. Or perhaps Americans are so preoccupied with entertainment they haven't taken the time or made the effort to educate themselves.

It is certainly the case that young people are more likely to know the names of the four finalists on "American Idol" than four Cabinet members in present administration. As I see it, there is a correlation between the preoccupation with amusement and the dumbing down of the population. If bread and circuses, or the contemporary equivalent, fill one's day, there simply isn't time for serious pursuits. If this seems exaggerated, ask how many serious words are exchanged in texting or how many ideas are explored on Facebook. Which magazine sells more copies, The Star or Commentary? The obvious answers reveal some aspect of the truth.

Of course, this is not to suggest that entertainment is wrong. It surely has a role in the culture. But at a time when critical, alas monumental, issues face the nation one might assume that amusement would be relegated to a backseat, however temporary that condition might be. Yet it seems as though the public is addicted to fun and games. Jay Leno, of late night talk show fame, has created a regular segment of his program making fun of undisguised ignorance. So penetrating is that ignorance that when I've seen it on display, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I should also note, before someone gets the wrong idea, that I am not supporting either revolution or a counterrevolution. I am simply eager to know why there hasn't been a public outcry loud enough to shake the Congress out of its perpetual stupor. I am also asking if the conditions that perpetuate an historical cycle of the kind identified by Sorokin are stifled by new, arguably historical, conditions, namely the ubiquity of amusement.

If my hypothesis is correct, it bodes poorly for the future. It is conceivable that the tradeoff for continual entertainment is the incremental loss of personal liberty. So subtle will that loss be at first, that it will hardly be recognized. And when recognition does take place, it will be too late to undo the structural damage.

This contest between amusement and government intrusiveness and power accretion may be the most telling aspect of the Obama era. Will Americans wake up from the intoxication of sensate pleasure before liberty is lost? What a demonic question and what a potentially fearful and provocative response.

U.S. GRAVEDIGGERS TO BE FULLY EMPLOYED: SURPRISED?

By Greg Evensen

September 19, 2009

NewsWithViews.com

As most of you are already aware, I broke a story seven months ago in which I described a discussion I had with a friend in the health care profession at a major mid-western hospital. This person told me about the delivery of stainless steel wrist band type bracelets that carried the hardware for uploading, tracking and broadcasting uniquely personal encoded information. These bands were to be used in the event of massive inoculations or other disaster events in which large numbers of people would be vaccinated and then tracked. I also stated that plans for roadblock enforcement of these issued bands was a component of emergency planning already on the federal and state police shelves, for use when those state or federal agencies called for blockades on the movement of people. I further mentioned that the “bracelets” would be encoded on the spot with tools similar to those used by UPS when packages are delivered and scanned by the driver.

I would not release my source for fear of severe retaliation being waged against this individual for obvious reasons. On September 15th, we were contacted by a friend who said check out the Boston Globe article that has validated every shred of information that I gave earlier this year. The company that is at the forefront of supplying the City of Boston’s Health Services Department with this very device is EMSystems of Milwaukee, Wi.

Each one of you are the final arbitrators for the ultimate destiny you will inherit, here and in the next life. Use this information wisely and prepare for what is inevitable given the direction our nation has been forced into taking.

I am extremely grateful to my precious wife Liz, who dug in and processed the information that revealed this Boston event and EMSystems.

People control efforts through banking, taxes, firearms possession, food, pharmaceuticals, health care, licensing at every phase of life and business, education, military service, and multi level policing agencies, are all so programmed and fatal to individual liberties, that no one alive can deny their reality and the scope of their reach.

Having been raised during the summer months on a farm in central Illinois, I rode an open combine with my grandfather while he harvested tons of seed raised from non-hybrid strains that enriched our cattle and went to market. Today, we are DYING quicker, with the results of hybrid seeds that if they were human would make Frankenstein look tame. It is a giant gene war with crop seeds that has no bearing on whether or not it is nutritious, but whether it is profitable. (Cue the gravediggers)

The same is true with the pharmaceutical companies that labor very moment to shoot drugs or pills into our systems to maintain and “manage” disease rather than cure them, because one shot that cures and costs $1000, is nothing compared to tens of thousands over a lifetime by sentencing many to a needle and ultimately death because of a doctor’s maintaining diabetes or other debilitating ailments. (Cue the gravediggers, again)

The militarization or weaponized version of the Spanish flu that was extracted from an Alaskan native’s bones who perished during the 1918 pandemic, may be at the center of the next pandemic—or its “cure” depending upon your point of view. Personally, I simply do not trust anything the government tells me concerning any issue you care to bring up. I base that on their string of lies and deceit dating back 175 years. Almost from the very inception of our “Republic” it has been about power and money. Nothing more, nothing less. Those who rose to power were allowed to do so, by anointed elites both in our nation and Europe. Nothing has changed.

We are simply seeing the final act played out as most of us bury our heads and promote this insidious and lethal combination of communistic worshipping simpletons, and a government all too willing to use these idiots. They are too far gone on the government gravy train to know or to ask any questions at all. Those of us (and thank GOD for patriots) who act as human shields for the keyboard warriors who whine and complain but add nothing to the effort to defeat this express train to hell are weary from years of battle. When the camps begin filling and the roads are mostly empty, the truth of what we have all been saying will cut to the marrow like a razor. (Cue the gravedigger, yet again)

I have advised tens of thousands to have a plan and prepare. If you have done that, you are light years ahead of the ACORN crowd who are betting their miserable and corrupted lives on ACORN’S former legal representative Barack Obama. They and the computerized voting machines that handed this illegitimately elected usurper a national election are enemies of the Republic. They are the ones who need to be in the internment camps by the millions.

If you do not have a plan and are not prepared, then you are already a casualty. Hear that mournful music—it’s the gravedigger and he’s moving your way.

I have also advised people to think defensively and strategically. I continue to do that, but the time is coming when that will shift to other strategies that Jefferson admonished us about using when dealing with tyranny. That day is just ahead dear friends. I believe there is no way now to avoid it. It almost MUST come, for the evil that surrounds us cannot be destroyed any other way. In a perfect world we could talk it out. We could reason and reach a moral and logical agreement.

Logic, morality, truth, common sense and accountability all went down with the Republic. Vicious evil and its legions must be eliminated. The time for debate is over. The legacy to our children and grandchildren will be utter defeat and evil upon this world unseen since the days of Noah, or a bitter struggle that will stamp out this cancer on our nation, and stand at the doorstep of a new Republic. (The gravedigger is waiting for our response).

Although our “Castle Defense” DVD covers much of the opening information you need to know, it is geared for the novice and those without any plan or idea how to create one. Our second and final DVD, “Castle Doctrine II” is a compilation of a two day in-field “on your bellies in the bush” planning session held at our wooded home in Michigan. It will be ready soon and can be purchased alone or as part of a set with the original Castle Doctrine exclusively at our website, http://www.theheartlandusa.com/. If you cannot get to a national seminar somewhere, then this is available to help you. DVD’s of the August 6-8 gathering in Summersville, W.V. where I emceed a stellar gathering of patriot speakers are available at our site as well. You MUST have this historic event in your video library.

If I had a very short list of the most essential items to offer you, then this common sense effort might help. It is basic, but a point to start from.

1. Do not be immunized. Resist if you have to.
2. Begin buying “original” (real) foods from reputable growers.
3. Use meat products from the same sources.
4. Familiarize yourself with “home remedies” and stock those items
5. Buy only the gold and silver necessary to barter your mortgage, etc.
6. Stock food, food, food and ammunition. They will be invaluable.
7. Create home church and Bible studies along with prayer groups.
8. Start moving off the grid and plan how you will live without power.
9. Stockpile quantities of gas, kerosene, diesel, water and candles.
10. Create your plan of defense and protection for your home and area.
11. Sharp-shoot practice with your weapons and prepare to use them.
12. Re-locate to a more rural area near resources and a clean water source.

I intend to do everything in my power to see that our family’s cemetery plot remains unfilled for many years. The gravedigger is not welcome here.

Dedicate every available moment from now until this great struggle is over toward planning for your survival and your availability to help remedy this nation’s horrible situation. Together, I believe we can do this. Easy? No. Necessary? What is the alternative? When there is nothing left to lose, then
you will have your answer. I have mine. I just told the gravedigger to go to hell, and take a bunch of these Obama lunatics with him.

Boston launches flu shot tracking
City to pinpoint areas of low rates of vaccination

By Stephen Smith
Globe Staff / November 21, 2008

Using technology originally developed for mass disasters, Boston disease trackers are embarking on a novel experiment - one of the first in the country - aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination.

The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable to the fast-moving respiratory illness.

The trial starts this afternoon, when several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission. Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine's recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.

Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ.

"Anything you can do to better pinpoint who's vaccinated and who's not, that's absolutely vital," said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. "I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing."

Boston is believed to be the first city to embrace this particular approach to tracking vaccinations against the seasonal flu, estimated to kill 36,000 people each year in the United States, principally the elderly.

But when Boston bought the monitoring system from a Milwaukee company in 2006, emergency authorities had a far different use in mind: tracking people injured in big fires, plane crashes, or other disasters.

"When there's a large catastrophic event, people end up in a variety of healthcare facilities," said Dr. Anita Barry, Boston's director of communicable disease control. "Of course, their family members and loved ones are trying to find out where they are and how they're doing."

To see how well the system would work, emergency crews tested it at the Boston Marathon and the Fourth of July extravaganza on the Esplanade. The trial proved successful.

"If we can make it work in the Boston Marathon medical tent, then you have to think about making it so that it can work in other environments as well - whether it's a community clinic or a doctor's office or a flu shot clinic," said Rich Serino, chief of Boston Emergency Medical Services. Thus, the idea to use the registry as a flu vaccine tracker was born.

Every autumn in medical offices across the country, flu vaccine floods in. The perishable medical product must be delivered to millions in a matter of months.

Keeping track of that cache of vaccine - and which patients are getting it - is a daunting proposition.

In some medical offices, the information is entered into electronic medical records. At Boston's health department, nurses fill out paper forms.

But there's never been any way to systematically monitor whether, for example, Dorchester has lower vaccination rates than the North End.

"When you're working in one clinic, you don't have a good sense of that," said Dr. Alfred DeMaria, top disease doctor at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. "But if you're tracking multiple clinics in real time, you can see where the uptake is better and where it's less, and then focus on outreach."

Today's experiment, which does not require any additional direct spending, is a first step toward that.

When people arrive for their shots, they will get an ID bracelet with a barcode. Next, basic information - name, age, gender, address - will be entered into the patient tracking database. There will be electronic records, too, of who gave the vaccine and whether it was injected into the right arm or the left, and time-stamped for that day.

The resulting trove of data could be used to figure out why some patients had to wait longer than others to be vaccinated. "When all is said and done," said Jun Davantes, director of product management at EMSystems, the company that makes the technology, "Boston will be able to identify where there are certain bottlenecks in the process and hopefully improve it the next time around."

Ultimately, city health authorities said, they envision creating a network across the city that would allow public and private providers of flu shots to add data to a registry.

But acknowledging patients' privacy concerns, officials promised that if a citywide system were implemented, only a limited amount of information would be gathered - all sitting behind an encrypted firewall.

"I have had people say, 'Oh, that's so big brother,' " said Laura Williams, EMS deputy chief of staff. "But in truth, the unique identifier is unique to the incident. It's not like you will go to the hospital, and they'll say, 'You're the one who got the flu vaccine at 10 o'clock yesterday at the Boston Public Health Commission.' "
