New World Order Building Code ... establish markets as close to public transportaion as possible to save fuel costs

Part D: Potential impact of adjacent development on roads and railways

1.1 Overview
Major roads and rail operations generate noise and vibration, and people living and working near major transport corridors can be adversely affected. In addition, major roads can impact on air quality due to the volume of traffic they carry.
An aim of the Guideline is to assist in reducing the health impacts of rail and road noise and adverse air quality on sensitive adjacent development.
Development near rail corridors and blah, blah, blah... continued here

Don't Rattle My Cage

Jackie Evancho...need I say more!

Jackie Evancho: Amazing performance of "Angel"
(H-T to Pastor Ed Boston over at Do The Right Thing Ministries)

In case you are not familiar with Jackie Evancho...

Early life (Read more at Wikipedia)
Evancho was born to Michael and Lisa Evancho. She has an older brother Jacob, a younger brother Zachary, and a younger sister Rachel.[2] She resides in Richland Township, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[3]
She started singing when she first watched the musical The Phantom of the Opera on DVD. Her mother heard Evancho singing songs from the musical and allowed her to enter the 2008 Kean Idol, a local talent contest. She sang "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again", finishing, on the cusp of her 8th birthday, as first runner-up;[4] the winner was 20 years old. Eventually Evancho participated in other talent contests and started a YouTube channel. Jackie began taking vocal lessons for a short period of time when she was 8, in June 2008, after her success in the 2008 Kean Idol contest.[5][6] She was also a member of the Children's Festival Chorus of Pittsburgh during its 2008–09 season.[7]
Evancho competed in Las Vegas in the 15th annual U.S.A. World Showcase Talent Competition in early 2009, in which the winner received $100,000 and the opportunity to create a demo CD.[8] Jackie was invited to perform at the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York City, but due to scheduling conflicts with America's Got Talent, she could not attend.[9]

When The Irish Times Are Lying It Ain't No Irish Lullaby

I think if I were in Ireland I'd like to see the headline at the Irish Times (see below) read just a little bit different...How 'bout this one: Need To Protect The Irish From The Muslims!
Obviously the author is Muslim and is trying to placate the readership... just one way in which these radicals establish themselves in non-Muslim countries.  Yes, I said, "radicals".   All Muslims who believe in the teachings of the Quran (or Koran) are radical in that their system is antithetical to western ideology.  Like the old saying, "East is east and west is west an never the two shall meet." Muslims (Islam if you will) is east and all other religious beliefs (especially those that stem from the Bible) are west.
Meanwhile, I have made a few comments in the Irish Times post that I'll re-print here but be sure to read the letter from my friend Ben that follws the op-ed. ~ Norman E. Hooben

My comments at the Irish Times:

1. Ref:"During the life of the Prophet Muhammad, the wars fought were all defensive wars."
An outright lie!
Read the full story here: http://takeourcountryback-snooper.blogspot.com/2011/05/islam-is-lie-muslims-are-liars-and.html

2. Ref to comment by Elpenor Dignam:"Diversity enriches every nation..."
Assimilation made America great, diversity destroyed her.

3. Ref:"They follow an Islam, as propagated by the Prophet Muhammad, which is based on peace, unity and harmony."
Unbelieveable! Which Quran have you been reading?

The following from The Irish Times
Need to protect Muslims in Ireland from extremism
Sat, May 07, 2011
The vast majority of Irish Muslims disliked Osama bin Laden because he has damaged Islam’s image, writes SHEIKH UMAR AL-QADRI

THE HORRENDOUS onslaught of terrorist activity by al-Qaeda and other militant Islamist groups that the world has witnessed over the last decade has sadly brought Muslims into disrepute.
The vast majority of Muslims oppose and condemn al-Qaeda and terrorism in all forms. They are not willing to accept al-Qaeda members as Muslims and refuse to accept terrorism as remotely related to Islam in any way.
During the life of the Prophet Muhammad, the wars fought were all defensive wars. And he forbade the killing of woman, children, elders and religious leaders during war. Inciting terror in the hearts of civilians is forbidden in Islam. In fact, in the holy Koran, the primary source of Islamic law, a verse states: “Whoever kills an innocent it is as if he has killed the whole of humanity.”
Al-Qaeda and other militant extremist groups clearly reject these teachings of Islam as they have proved by their acts. Unfortunately, a small minority of Muslims seem to give such terrorism tacit approval when they fail to openly oppose and condemn it.
Osama bin Laden’s killing this week prompted different reactions within the Irish Muslim community. The vast majority dislike bin Laden, because this is the man who damaged the image of Islam so much that our faith, which was known as a religion of spirituality and ethics, became known as one of terror.
But Muslims also feel that a very heavy price has been paid. Far more innocent people have been killed and injured in the massive war on terrorism pursued in response to bin Laden’s violent campaign than were killed and injured on September 11th, 2001.
The conflicting reports about bin Laden’s death and the decision not to show the pictures of his corpse also raise many questions. Bin Laden should have been detained and brought to trial for the 9/11 attacks in the same way Saddam Hussein was captured and put on trial. Such a trial for bin Laden would also restore more confidence in the West’s justice system.
The death of Osama bin Laden will, in the opinion of a majority of Muslims, not ensure a safer and more peaceful world. This is because the roots of extremism and radicalisation have not been addressed. If the United States wants to stop extremism then it should change its foreign policy towards the Muslim world since current US policies play a major role when it comes to producing terrorists and their supporters.
The US’s unconditional support for Israel is a major obstacle to a better relationship with the Muslim world. The presence of the US in Iraq and Afghanistan also causes tensions. A departure of US forces from both countries would have a positive effect in the Muslim world. If the US does not seem willing to change such policies, there is a danger that many more young Muslims, whose awareness of Islamic teachings may not be comprehensive or well-informed, will be recruited by extremists.
The policies used as a fuel for the extremists’ evil agenda need to be remedied as the highest priority. As long as the US continues to ignore the real grievances of Muslims, and refuses to abandon its deceptive policies in the Middle East and other parts of the Muslim world, the restoration of real and lasting peace will remain only a dream.
It is sad that some Muslims do not even believe that Osama bin Laden existed and so they deny the reports of his death. In their conspiracy theory view, bin Laden is just a hoax and a tool for the US to pursue its foreign policies.
I personally think it is foolish to say that bin Laden and al-Qaeda do not exist. The killing of so many innocent civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other countries is proof that unfortunately al-Qaeda and such like-minded extremists do exist. The Prophet Muhammad predicted in his sayings that there would be a group of people who will kill innocents and create chaos on Earth. He said they would have the appearance and actions of pious Muslims but they will not be Muslim. He said that if he met them he would fight them since they would damage the religion he had brought.
Here in Ireland, there are a number of Muslims, so small they can be counted on your fingers, who, because they have been confused and misled by extremists, have celebrated Osama bin Laden as a warrior. Some of them even held prayer services for him this week in private homes.
These individuals do not represent any Islamic body or institution in Ireland but what worries me is looking at their counterparts in the United Kingdom, in terms of their numbers and support.
Britain failed to tackle radicalism and extremism among British Muslims. The London bombings of July 2005, which were carried out by young British-born Muslims, reflected this failure.
Ireland’s Muslim community has, up to now, been very moderate and Muslims here have integrated very well. They follow an Islam, as propagated by the Prophet Muhammad, which is based on peace, unity and harmony.
In order to protect the Irish Muslim community from radicalism and extremism we need to learn from the failures of our neighbour across the Irish Sea. The Irish Government needs to work very closely with the Muslim community here in order to ensure that such ideas do not deeply penetrate Irish borders.

Subject: Islam is a Lie, Muslims are Liars and the Press Promu...

The Irish Times uttered and published a spew of deception which must not go unanswered. News media should inform, not deceive. I will let most of the lies slide to concentrate on one target rich paragraph.

During the life of the Prophet Muhammad, the wars fought were all defensive wars. And he forbade the killing of woman, children, elders and religious leaders during war. Inciting terror in the hearts of civilians is forbidden in Islam. In fact, in the holy Koran, the primary source of Islamic law, a verse states: “Whoever kills an innocent it is as if he has killed the whole of humanity.”

defensive wars

The assertion that Moe only fought defensive battles is an egregious lie, easily disproved. Turn first to the Noble Qur'an, Surah Al-Anfal.

. And (remember) when Allâh promised you (Muslims) one of the two parties (of the enemy i.e. either the army or the caravan) that it should be yours, you wished that the one not armed (the caravan) should be yours, but Allâh willed to justify the truth by His Words and to cut off the roots of the disbelievers (i.e. in the battle of Badr). [8:7]

Allah promised them a victory, and they were lusting after the rich spoils of a caravan on the trade route. The Meccan army went out to defend the caravan, not to attack Moe. Moe went out to attack the caravan, and was met by the army.
Until 2001, I was unaware of the extortion letters which Moe dictated and dispatched to neighboring kingdoms and empires. Because I learned about them in a Paltalk chatroom, you will learn about them through this blog post. I present to you two brief excerpts from Moe's letter to the Chiefs of Aqaba. This letter stands out from the mill run because it is extremely explicit. The others leave a little to the imagination.

[...] I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers.[...] [...] If you do not accept these terms and set them aside, I do not need your presents and gifts. In that case, I shall have to wage war (to establish peace and security). Its result would be that the big ones shall be killed in war and the commoners shall be taken prisoners.[...]

Moe expressed his intention to wage war unless tribute was paid. That is offensive, not defensive warfare. The two main jihad imperatives begin with commands to fight: 8:39 & 9:29; where is the defensive element in those verses?
  • And fight them until[...]
  • Fight against those who[...]
Surah Al-Baqarah supposedly preaches defensive jihad; 2:190 tells Muslims to fight those who fight them. It does not say those who attack them. Click the link, read the ayat and scroll down to read the footnote which defines jihad. Where is the defensive element in that definition?
  • And fight in the Way of Allâh those who fight you[...]
Sahih Muslim 19.4294 contains some clarifying elements.
  • Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah.
  • If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them.
It becomes obvious that "those who fight you" means those who resist. Islamic law confirms the obvious. The Shafi'ite school sets a minimum of one ghazwat per year.
The Hanifi school says that jihad must be continuous and is undertaken on Islamic initiative.

women & children

Isn't that nice, Moe prohibited his army from killing women and children. Muslims want us to assume that the proscription is based on morality. It is not; far from it. The proscription is economic.
  • Some [jurists] are of the opinion that all of them may be killed, on the mere ground that they are unbelievers, but they make an exception for women and children since they constitute property for Muslims. [Imam Ibn Taymiyyah]
  • [...](so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives [33:26]
    • [...]and the prisoners were their children and women.[...] [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]
    • When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled. [Reliance O9.13]
  • Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children. [Sahih] Muslim 19.4294
What do embezzlement and killing children have in common? Children are part of the spoils!

Inciting terror

Forbidden in Islam? Yeah, right.
  • We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve,[...] [3:151]
  • [...] I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes." [8:12]
  • [...]Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts[...][33:26]
  • [...]I have been made victorious with terror [...][Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220]

innocent

They love to cite Surah Al-Ma'idah 32 but never cite the ayat which follows it; why is that?
  • The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. [5:33]
    • `Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]
Ibn Kathir defined wage war against Allah to include disbelief; If you do not believe in Allah, you are waging war against him, and may be killed by Muslims. Only Muslims can be innocent.
