Do you realize that the staff at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea
Foundation are underwritten by a $16 million United States
grant? In other words, taxpayer dollars are used to pay the
salaries of people that work at it Clinton Foundation.

A report from Politico reveals that taxpayers are funding portions of the staff and operations of the Clinton Foundation to the tune of $16 million. The foundation has been under fire from reports that it received tens of millions of dollars from foreign countries, and is currently subsidized through the Former Presidents Act. In fact, Clinton and his office has received more tax money to fund his ex-Presidency than any other ex-President:
“Multiple sources familiar with Clinton’s funding say the special federal money has supplemented the salaries of some employees of the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation, a global nonprofit that has served as Hillary Clinton’s primary platform as she prepares for a presidential campaign expected to launch in coming weeks.”The news caught the attention of political pundit Rush Limbaugh, who posted it on his Facebook page: Post by Rush Limbaugh.
According to a spokesperson for the Clintons, taxpayer money was not used to pay for the controversial private email servers Mrs. Clinton used for her official government correspondence as Secretary of State.
This fact appears to contradict Mrs. Clinton’s statement earlier this week, when she asserted that the private server:
“…was set up for President Clinton’s office. And it had numerous safeguards. It was on property guarded by the Secret Service.”If the servers were set up for President Clinton’s office, and guarded by the Secret Service, it’s unclear how taxpayer funds were not used in the process.
